Finding Out How HR is Perceived

Boehringer-Ingelheim, a pharmaceutical company, has been working with IES to identify how its HR function is perceived both by those working in it, in the UK, and by the line managers and employees who use HR services and support. Wendy Hirsh from IES used data collected via a range of audit tools to help HR leaders in the company enhance the value of the function to the business.
