For many years IES has run a wider range of very successful seminars and conferences for IES HR Network Members. In response to discussions with Members and our other clients, we have developed a range of learning and development opportunities for HR professionals that are open to all who wish to attend.

They have been designed by HR professionals who understand current HR issues, and they are all focused on the needs of HR professionals.

open programme courses

There are situations when a short event is just not enough – particularly when skill development is important, or you need a high degree of interactivity. These scheduled courses are run by experienced facilitators for small groups of participants so the benefit of time away from the office is maximised. Courses vary from half a day to 3 days.

in-house continuous professional development

When you have a group of people in your organisation who have similar development needs, you will gain most by running one of our identified courses in-house. Not only will you experience the content of the course but you will benefit from the ability to set the key learning points into a shared organisational context.


In addition, we can provide personal one-to-one coaching with one of our expert HR Coaches, or run an action learning group for some or all of your HR team.
