Event details

This event considered whether organisations use HR policies and practices (eg learning and development, reward, performance management, employee engagement) to promote organisational innovation and thereby enhance organisational performance, or whether workplace innovation comes from other sources. The workshop then examined which HR policies and people management practices enable innovation and which inhibit innovation.
