Most organisations have developed policies to comply with the Right to Request flexible working but how many organisations are really getting all the business benefits that can flow from effectively implemented and managed flexible working – far fewer!
Having effective flexible working and a flexible workforce will save you money. You will reduce staffing cost through controlling sickness absence, staff turnover and persuading women to return from maternity leave.
