As part of the Business Problem Solving module there will be three action learning projects running over the course of a year. These will have a particular subject focus or might build on topics from the collaborative problem solving workshops. They will provide the opportunity for a small group of Members to work together over a period of time to progress a particular issue whilst learning from each other, and being supported by IES consultants.
The first action learning set was Performance Management, which is just coming to an end. The Strategic Workforce planning set begins in Autumn 2012. As other projects begin, information will be posted here.
