OD forum

In this theme of the Network we have been gathering a small group to take forward shared understanding and ideas about organisational development. Meetings of OD professionals from member organisations will take place through the year.

The first meeting of the OD Forum was on 9th October 2009, hosted by group member, the BBC. Prospective members of this group met at the IES OD event in July 2009, and discussed what format might best work. Quarterly meetings were suggested, either first thing in the morning or late afternoon, taking a topic of interest for each event.

Our first event will be an opportunity for us to think through our aims, set a future agenda, get to know each other and the OD challenges we are working on and get a feel for the expertise in the group.

From here we shall build a forum that provides a key resource for members and a source of knowledge and expertise.
