Peter Reilly to chair Future of HR Summit 2011

On Tuesday 6th December, Peter Reilly, IES Director of HR Research and Consultancy, will chair The Guardian's Future of HR Summit 2011.

This year's conference will focus on Managing Change, and Peter will lead senior HR professionals for a day of new thinking, learning and best practice about the future of HR.

He will introduce speakers from a range of leading organisations, who will explore topics such as employee engagement, securing senior management buy in, talent retention and using HR analytics and metrics.

Peter will also lead interactive table discussions to encourage networking and sharing of lessons between HR professionals, and introduce best practice case studies from organisations including Channel 4, Marks and Spencer, Jaguar Land Rover and Tesco.
