The Brighton Factor: Graduates Who Stay
A team of researchers from IES and the University of Sussex Career Development and Employment Centre explored who stays on in Brighton after graduation and why. They looked at the expectations and experiences of those who stay locally (within the city and the wider county), to see whether graduates find the work they want and use the skills and knowledge they gained from HE in the local labour market, and identify the occupations and industries in which they are located.
