Care Quality Commission
IES assisted the newly formed Care Quality Commission to consider as part of its new regulatory strategy how workforce issues should best be considered and assessed. The project involved comparisons with the approach and methods employed in other sectors in the UK such as police forces, as well as healthcare regulation in other countries overseas such as the USA and Australia.
