Differential Treatment of Workers under 25 with a View to their Access to the Labour Market

IES worked with Matrix to carry out research for the European Parliament on a study on differential treatment of workers under 25 with a view to their access to the labour market.

This research aimed to review existing national policy measures in selected Member States designed to help young people to enter the labour market. It also assessed which measures could be classified as either positively or negatively discriminatory.

The report on findings contains recommendations to the European Parliament on youth employment policy.
