Evaluation of West Midlands Regional Coaching Pool

The West Midlands Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership commissioned IES to conduct an independent external evaluation of its coaching pool activities. IES explored the outcomes of the coaching in terms of performance improvement on the 13 Councils in the coaching pool partnership, taking a multiple stakeholder perspective. In particular, we conducted a series of web-based surveys, supplemented by a sample of in-depth 'trio' interviews with coaching clients, their line managers and their coaches.
