Local Service Delivery of the National Dementia Strategy

IES worked with Surrey University to evaluate and support the work of the Sussex Dementia Partnership. The partnership is an innovative way to deliver the National Dementia Strategy locally. While there is a key focus on patient, carer and service outcomes, the work also involves interactive, ongoing learning about the partnership itself to assess whether this could be an important model for future service delivery.
