Socially-Sensitive Enterprise Restructuring Guidelines for the ILO

IES was commissioned by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to devise a set of practical guidelines and recommendations on how to manage enterprise restructuring in a socially sensitive way, based on case studies from Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic in the metalworking, railway and energy sectors. The project also included the co-chairing of a seminar in Belgrade, Serbia, in December 2008.
