IES is currently conducting research into gender pay reporting on behalf of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). We are looking to the future and seeing how improvements in measuring and reporting might help to address the gender pay gap. Your input is part of a formal consultation process by EHRC that will help to inform how government works in future to help employers address the national gender pay gap. The Commission is working to develop the most appropriate, effective and least burdensome ways for organisations to voluntarily measure and report on their gender pay gaps, as well as how this information could be published internally.
