This report provides an overview of research undertaken to assess the performance of the Occupational Health (OH) service on the Park and Athletes’ Village delivered by the Park and Village Health team. The research was sponsored by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the ODA and was expected to answer three key questions:

1. Did the OH intervention model and practice on site represent best practice?

2. Did the interventions made through the OH programme impact on the attitudes, behaviours and exposure to health risk of people on site?

3. Did the OH interventions impact on future behaviours of key stakeholders?
