Sector Skills Insights: EnergySpeckesser S, Hillage J, Hogarth T, Ni Luanaigh A, Garrett R Evidence Report 51, UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES), July 2012 a report jointly researched by IES This report contributes to the UK Commission’s work to transform the UK’s approach to investing in the skills of people as an intrinsic part of securing jobs and growth. It outlines the performance challenges faced in the energy sector, the ‘real-life’ skills solutions implemented by leading and successful businesses to overcome them, and the benefits from doing so. Each report is summarised by an accompanying PowerPoint slide pack.
