The IES Annual Graduate Review, 2001 update - Part 2: Graduating into Employment

Pearson R, Perryman S | Report 374b | Institute for Employment Studies | Feb 2001

Members of the IES Research Networks continued to regularly recruit large numbers of graduates in a market which had become ever more complex and fast changing.

Even though the numbers graduating were continuing to rise, many organisations experienced problems recruiting. Keeping up to date with changes in the labour market was crucial, as was an understanding of changes in the education system.

Not published as a bound report in 2001, the year's report appears in the form of three summary updates:

  • Part 1: The Diverse Graduate Supply
  • Part 2: Graduating into Employment
  • Part 3: Science, Technology and Computing Graduates.
