UK delivery should normally be within three days. Our reports are distributed by Gardners Books, Eastbourne, UK

Refunds and returns

We provide summaries of our reports to help you select the publications you want. We cannot accept returns without prior agreement. Any returned items that are received by IES in an unsaleable condition cannot be refunded. All requests for returns or refunds should be made to IES. Please telephone us on +44 (0) 1273 873694 or email us, outlining the problem, with your WorldPay Merchant Reference.

Electronic downloads

If you have difficulty downloading a pdf, please email us with the WorldPay Merchant Reference and the required report, and we will email the file to you instead: click here.

If you make a mistake in ordering the pdf of your choice (eg you purchase twice by mistake), please telephone us on +44 (0) 1273 873694 or email us, outlining the problem with your WorldPay Merchant Reference.
