Members of the IES Research Networks continue to regularly recruit large numbers of graduates in a market which has become ever more complex and fast changing. Even though the numbers graduating are continuing to rise, many organisations are experiencing problems recruiting. Keeping up to date with changes in the labour market is crucial, as is an understanding of changes in the education system.
