HR Researchers/Consultants

We are always interested to hear from senior HR researchers and consultants interested in joining our team of professional staff engaged in the following areas:

  • HR planning, and organisational development
  • employee and management development
  • reward and performance management
  • employee motivation, well-being and retention
  • labour market and employment change.

If you have a proven track record in internal or external consultancy, with the capacity to undertake high quality research, contribute to business development, and play a key role in managing client relationships, then we would like to hear from you.

Seasoned Researcher?

To support the Institute’s long-term development we occasionally have vacancies for experienced researchers with the ability to make a contribution at a senior level in one or more of our key research areas:

  • education and training policy and the labour market
  • unemployment, social exclusion and labour market disadvantage
  • local, regional and national labour market policy
  • evaluation of government employment and training programmes
  • health and well-being at work
  • European labour market policies and developments

Enquiries are welcomed from applicants who are self-motivated and possess a solid intellectual understanding of the relevant issues, a track record of quantitative and qualitative research, and successful experience of project generation, management and delivery.
