IES’s work spans unequal access to and opportunities in the labour market and work opportunities for diverse groups. It covers employer attitudes and practices and the experiences of disadvantaged groups within work and the broader labour market. Our work highlights disadvantage but also seeks to address such inequality by identifying and sharing effective, designing, testing and evaluating approaches to support change. Our work supports policymakers, professional and sectoral bodies, as well as employers to shape both policy and practice.
Download our DEI services brochure containing case studies of DEI solutions in action to learn more about how IES can assist your organisation’s DEI requirements, and if you would like to speak to one of our DEI specialists do please drop Dr Meenakshi Krishnan a line: [email protected]
