Background

The Covid-19 pandemic and the necessitated working from home, could for some have led to changes in how and where employees work.  However, as the UK is ‘opening up’, organisations are also having discussions about the transition back to the workplace.  Employees may have a number of concerns or questions about this, and employers must manage this transition carefully to ensure that it is managed safely and fairly.

Event Summary

With Covid-19 restrictions having been eased, discussions have turned to the future of work and for some, the return of employees to the workplace.  In this webinar Zofia Bajorek, a Senior Research Fellow at IES will be guiding webinar attendees through a 6-step plan designed to help HR, Organisational Managers and Line Managers think about key actions and processes that should be undertaken to ensure a safe, fair and considered return to the workplace.  How these discussions should be undertaken for employees living with long-term health conditions will also be included.
