Latest thinking in leadership development: maximising the potential of leadership development initiatives

Thu 19 May 2022 14:00 to Thu 19 May 2022 15:00
Online Event - Exclusively for HR Network members

This event will present the insights from a rapid evidence review, conducted by IES on behalf of the Cabinet Office and National Leadership Centre, which explored the evidence on the outcomes and impact of public sector senior leadership development offers.

We will consider the real-world implications of the findings, what it means for the future of leadership development and how organisations can adjust practice to maximise the impact of their leadership development offer. We will facilitate a discussion between members to share their experiences and thoughts on improving leadership development in the public sector.
