This research looks at the role of employers in pension saving, and what they can do beyond the legal requirements in the automatic enrolment system, especially to support low-to-middle earners balance affordability and adequate retirement provision.
A literature review followed by qualitative interviews with 20 older workers, to inform policy and employer guidance on encouraging and supporting older workers to continue working up to and beyond state pension age.
This toolkit is the result of in-depth qualitative research with autistic working women and covers their experiences, insights into current employer practices, and recommendations for positive change in terms of policy and leadership.
