To inform a Labour Market Evidence Programme evidence review, we are asking for published or unpublished evidence looking at the mechanisms and factors linked to multi-agency partnership-working across local housing, public health, education and skills or transport that are most effective at improving labour market outcomes for local jobseekers and economically inactive people.
We would like to receive evidence about how partners can integrate effectively to drive employment outcomes across place and communities.
What evidence are we looking for?
For this review, please share evidence related to partnership working, collaboration, systems and structures that:
- were delivered in the UK or other high-income OECD countries after 1997;
- have a focus on how local organisations can ensure people experience a seamless service while receiving support from multiple organisations, and the mechanisms and factors that underpin that; and
- come from evaluated pilots or programmes or is a study that highlights the ‘what works’ elements of the support.
We ask for submissions to be received by 15th September 2026.
If you would prefer to submit evidence via email (e.g. website link), or experience any issues uploading your document, or have any questions, please contact [email protected]
