A call for evidence: Recruiting people with health conditions and disabilities

To inform the Labour Market Evidence Programme’s second evidence review, we are asking for published or unpublished evaluations of employer practices that support the recruitment of people with health conditions and disabilities. This includes:

  • What are the most effective ways for employers, particularly SMEs, to recruit people with health conditions and disabilities?
  • What enables employers, particularly SMEs, to increase their recruitment of people with health conditions and disabilities?
  • What information can be provided by ALMP practitioners to employers to encourage and support the recruitment of people with health conditions and disabilities?

What evidence are we looking for?

For this review, please share evidence related to employer practices that:

  • Were delivered in the UK or other high-income OECD countries after 1997;
  • have a focus on supporting recruitment of people with disabilities and/or health conditions; and
  • have been evaluated.

We ask for submissions to be received by 5pm on Friday 22nd May.
