A call for evidence: Supporting disabled people, people with health conditions and those who are neurodivergent into work

To inform a Labour Market Evidence Programme evidence review, we are asking for published or unpublished systematic reviews of interventions that seek to support disabled people and people with health conditions or who are neurodivergent into work. In particular we would like to understand:

  • What are the interventions/mechanisms of employment support that succeed in moving people with health conditions/disabilities or who are neurodivergent into employment?
  • How are interventions delivered in accessible ways?

What evidence are we looking for?

For this review, please share relevant systematic reviews that:

  • Have a UK or other high-income OECD country focus
  • Were published after 2020
  • Aim to move unemployed and economically inactive people with health conditions, disabilities or who are neurodivergent into employment

We ask for submissions to be received by 31 August 2026
