Mary MercerWe are very excited about the imminent launch the of next year’s events programme. The schedule will include a range of workshops and masterclasses exploring some perennial areas of interest and some new topics.

 Our workshops, for members subscribing to the Business Problem Solving module, will enable our members to meet and discuss real issues for their organisations and will focus on a range of topics, which will include:

  • talent management and succession;
  • organisation effectiveness a new approach for OD;
  • job design;
  • and metrics that matter for HR people.

Our masterclasses are available to members with the HR Team module. They will be an opportunity to hear the latest thinking and organisational case studies. They will cover a range of topics selected from the following suggested themes:

  • can values survive in difficult times;
  • using networks for organisational and personal success;
  • intergeneration HR (managing different generations);
  • how to really achieve diverse organisations;
  • learning from lean;
  • and the challenges of collaboration.

In 2013 we will also be holding our second nnual Provocation, and of course our regular favourites the HR Directors’ Retreat and the HR Conference.
