Megan Edwards

Senior Research Fellow

BSc, MSc, CPsychol

Megan is a Chartered Psychologist and worked as an HR leader, most recently in an entrepreneurial start-up, before moving into HR consultancy and research. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is passionate about championing evidence-led practice to make working lives better. She has worked extensively with organisations across the public and third sector, particularly within healthcare, non-profits, defence and government departments.

She is experienced in helping organisations to maximise their HR capability and impact, bringing expertise in engagement, the employee experience, leadership development and evaluation and organisational change. She supports her clients to generate valuable insights from their workforce, integrating the latest HR research to turn evidence into strategy and action.

Delivering research and consultancy projects across the HR function, her most recent projects include: evaluating the impact of senior leadership development in the public sector; understanding the recruitment landscape for older workers in the UK; and the development of a leadership framework for a global human rights charity.
