Case studies on the cleaning sector
This study focuses on the role of procurement practices in shaping recruitment and employment conditions in the cleaning sector. It involves 6 case studies. IES is responsible for 2 London bases ones: (i) one in a local authority whose procurement rules require the London Living Wage for all its contractors; and (ii) a bank/financial institution.
