Jobcentre Plus National Employer Satisfaction & Experience Survey (2011)
Jobcentre Plus is changing its services to employers in response to opportunities arising from digitalisation, decentralisation and local accountability. The aim of this research, undertaken in partnership with Ipsos MORI, is to measure satisfaction and experience with a range of Jobcentre Plus services, as well as seeking feedback on operational changes such as increased digitalisation. This will bring valuable insight back into Jobcentre Plus to help with continuous improvement of services. The research involves a national survey of 3000 employers, who are all recent users of Jobcentre Plus.
