Event Summary
The unbound working webinar presented the findings from the HR Network’s 2024 research project. The webinar explored what ‘unbound working’ is and the business benefits of adopting this and similar approaches to increasing worker autonomy on where, when and how they work. We shared findings on the pitfalls and, drawing from case study examples, provide some suggested ways forward for implementing the approach.
