Candidates may use AI tools to help draft application and interview materials, and this will not affect how their application is evaluated. However, applicants are encouraged to use their own voice and share personal insights to reflect authentic experiences and values, which helps assess their fit with IES culture and mission. The use of AI by a candidate will not result in any bias for or against their application. All applications are reviewed fairly and equally, with human oversight throughout the recruitment process.

IES holds a valid sponsor licence, therefore we can offer visa sponsorship for skilled worker categories for certain roles within the organisation. However, due to immigration regulations, we can only sponsor candidates who meet the eligibility requirements set out by the UK Home Office. If you are applying from outside the UK, please ensure you check your eligibility for sponsorship before submitting your application. If you currently have the right to work under a different visa category, we encourage you to apply and indicate your immigration status accordingly. If you will require sponsorship in the future, but not now, please make us aware during the application process.
