Information sheets to support the recruitment of disabled people and people with health conditions
As part of the Labour Market Evidence programme, delivered in partnership with L&W, the Institute for Employment Studies has produced a series of resources to support employers to recruit disabled people and people with health conditions. These include an information sheet of useful links for employers, recommendations sheets for Active Labour Market Policy programme staff, and for employers, and a discussion guide for local employer engagement and delivery staff to share their learning in this area. The resources are based on an evidence review of what works to support employers to recruit disabled people and people with health conditions. The recommendations for delivery staff and employers are also available in Welsh.
