HR has developed a complex vocabulary around succession planning, talent management, strategic resourcing and workforce planning. These areas all require a shared basis of information and policy around how the organisation will resource itself in future, both by recruiting from outside and developing talent pipelines from within. This event will knit these approaches together and show in a practical way how a more strategic approach to planning can be taken, and how planning outputs have practical application in a range of people management activities.
