Event Summary
This webinar looked to detail how workplaces can best support employees with diverse needs. Attendees came away with a better understanding of neurodiversity, spiky profiles, neurodivergent conditions and the policy changes needed at a HR level to best support a diverse workforce.
Changing attitudes towards neurodiversity were discussed alongside challenges that a neurodivergent individual could experience at work, and how employers can best support by following legal guidelines, developing the correct policies and facilitating reasonable adjustments. There were opportunities for discussion and questions following the session.
