Labour market change and the future of work

We conduct studies analysing labour market trends at international, national, local, sectoral and occupational levels, as well as carrying out specific research for employers.

We can combine data on economic trends, employment trends, education and skills supply, and population change to help clients understand the implications for their nation, region, sector, organisation or workforce.

Our work has included modelling the likely size and shape of the future workforce in different sectors, occupations and regions as well as using qualitative methods and approaches to understand the implications of, and help plan for, different possible scenarios.

We have conducted numerous research projects about the future workforce to inform workforce planning and shape future-focussed people management policies and practices.
