Our expertise on leadership and management includes conducting research to gain a deeper appreciation of what effective leadership and management looks like in context, as well as help co-design and evaluate interventions to improve leadership capability.
Our evaluations range from large-scale national evaluations to more focussed evaluations of employer initiatives. We have also conducted research exploring the leadership and performance link. We have researched and evaluated developing leaders through coaching programmes, including exploring the practicalities of implementing a coaching programme.
Our work on organisational change spans the development of evidence-based tools and guidance and working with teams to shape change which is sustainable.
