Enterprise restructuring in Finland and transferring good practice to the Baltic state

IES was commissioned to provide expert advice and assistance for a project, managed by the ILO and funded by the European Commission, to examine the mechanisms in place to anticipate restructuring in Finland, and to assess their transferability to the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). This involved attending seminars in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and writing a synthesis report.
