European Company Survey: Links Between Workplace Practices and Performance

This project provided an analysis of links between measures of High Performance Work practices and employee and organisational outcomes using data from the European Company Survey of over 27,000 organisations in 30 European Companies. It assessed the potential contribution of combinations of management practices as well as individual practices and considered the results by country and size of organisation, as well as making recommendations for future improvements in the design of the survey.
