Indicators of Management Capability: Developing a Framework

The Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership (CEML) asked IES to help develop a scheme of national performance indicators to do with the development and utilisation of management and leadership capability, and the performance benefits arising from its application.
The framework is designed to draw public attention to the issue of management and leadership capability within the UK, and to inform the review and development of policy. It contains recommendations and a bibliography.
