AI in HR

This event will consider the emergence of (generative) AI and the implications for the work of the HR function. It will consider both the potential opportunities and risks associated with using AI to support the work of the HR function, and consider what other organisations are doing. The event will consider the implications of AI for the work of HR and provide an opportunity for delegates to reflect and discuss the potential application of AI in their context.
