- The research meets a number of objectives:
 - To provide evidence of any changes, in the form of cuts or increases, in provision for adults aged 19+ with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in the full range of FE providers.
 - To evaluate and measure the impact of any changes on the experiences of adult learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in the FE system in the full range of providers.
 - To assess how providers are supporting the needs of adult learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
 - To assess how providers are ensuring the needs of staff teaching learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities are being met.
