Occupational Health Advice Lines Evaluation
Final Report
The Department for Work and Pensions launched the Occupational Health Advice Lines service in winter 2009. The service was one of a number of initiatives trialled to address the issues raised by Dame Carol Black in her review of the health of Britain’s working population and operated nationally across England (from seven service sites), Scotland (one site) and Wales (one site).
The Institute for Employment Studies was contracted to run the evaluation of the service, and this report presents the findings of that evaluation.
