• Reporting of responses will be anonymised - if we seek to highlight a particular response in our reporting then we would seek express permission to do so.

• A report on the research will be drafted using the aggregated responses.

• Responses will be retained for 1 year after completion of the project, which is scheduled to be April 2019.
