Recruitment and retention in difficult times

Thu 13 Jul 2023 14:00 to Thu 13 Jul 2023 15:00
Online Event - Exclusively for HR Network members

The UK is facing widespread labour and skills shortages, and resourcing teams are facing unprecedented challenges in attracting in-demand skillsets. There is an ever greater focus in most organisations in retaining valuable staff, often in the face of more competitive pay in the external labour market.

This event, led by Dan Lucy, IES Director HR Research and Consulting, will provide the opportunity for peers to share their insights on key retention challenges, what is working, and identify potentially new approaches that could aid retention efforts.

Please note, this event is exclusive to HR Network Members. To book your place, or learn more about joining the HR Network, please contact HR Network Manager Emma Stewart-Rigby

Who should attend?

HR professionals, Workforce Planning leads, Diversity & Inclusion leads, Health & Wellbeing leads

How will delegates benefit from attending?

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with peers, reflect on their own approach to retaining key employees and learn about what others are doing, what is working, and hopefully spark ideas around new practices to try out.
