Facing into Change report series

Facing into Change is a series of reports written by IES principal associate, Valerie Garrow, exploring how organisations manage change in turbulent environments. Although the three change initiatives covered in the series take place in a public sector context, the reports highlight valuable lessons for organisations in all sectors, OD practitioners and those interested in change management.
