The IMPART project aimed investigate how the European Social Fund (ESF) could best support projects aimed at increasing the participation of migrants and ethnic minorities in employment. Notably, the project had the aim of learning how the ESF could deliver long-term results from these types of projects.

This toolkit accompanies the final report and outlines the 'IMPART benchmark' that was developed as part of the project; how to conduct a peer-review 'the IMPART way'; and offers advice on how ESF Managing Authorities and other key stakeholders might go about using the benchmark.
