Using interactive, video learning with AI to improve soft skills acquisition
This report covers evidence from the development, implementation and early evaluation of a new soft skills learning package. The package mobilised interactive video, with an opportunity to engage in a job interview and gain feedback using an artificial intelligence (AI) resource. This aimed to help learners better understand the importance of soft skills and how they are demonstrated during the job interview process.
The purpose of this report is to assess the implementation and effectiveness of the pilot, which represents the last month of an eight-month development project, with a strong focus on how to improve implementation of the soft skills training tool among disadvantaged learners.
