IES and HR Magazine launch new project looking at the future of HR

IES and HR Magazine are calling upon the UK’s emerging HR talent in a collaboration aiming to unearth provocative thoughts on the future of human resources.
We would like to hear from a diverse range of young nominees from UK organisations to participate and offer their views to the HR community.
Inspired by his experience at the sixth annual conference of the European HR Director’s Circle in Lisbon, Stephen Bevan, head of HR research development at IES, launched the new project in a recent article for HR Magazine.
He hopes to capture the innovative nature of the challenging thoughts shared by young HR professionals at the conference and has asked employers to nominate their next generation of HR thought leaders who will offer their views on the sector’s future.
